Frequently Asked Questions
Aren’t you just like all the other foundation companies?
No! Not even close. First of all, we are guided by God’s principles. This is evident in the way we treat people. We donate $250 of every foundation job we complete to the church or charity of your choice. That amount comes out of our profits, so we can share our blessings with those who are without. If you do not have a charity or church, we have local partners we donate to.
We teach, teach, and teach. Sometimes we teach too much. Foundation work is a major deal when it comes to protecting your home. I don't think you can receive too much knowledge in this area.
Although we would love to see you as often as possible, we do our foundation jobs with quality in mind, so it is done right from the beginning. We don't cut corners; instead, we want to earn, not just your business, but also the business from the people in your network.
We hold free education workshops for realtors, churches, and community groups. Information is power.
Will you try to sell me something I don't need?
No! That is why we verify all of our repair recommendation with an independent, third-party, licensed engineer before any work is approved. It is worth the fee to have a licensed engineer give you an evaluation instead of paying for work you do not need.
Why did you start Savior Foundation?
Max started in Real Estate buying and rehabbing investment properties and working on rental homes. Most of the properties he worked on needed foundation work. There are some great foundation companies out there, but there are a lot that are not. Max was sold work he did not need; he paid for substandard work. Along the way, he found some great crews that were not treated right by their companies. Max decided to start his own foundation company that focused on education, honestly, and the Lord. So far it has been an amazing journey. The best part by far is hearing the happy customers at the end of the project. Second place would be getting calls in the evening and on the weekends from concerned customers. This might sounds strange, but when we get a call from a concerned customer, it is an opportunity to explain what is going on and educate. By the end of the call the customer is happy they reached out to us, and we are too.
What do I do if finances are tight?
The first step would be to call us. If finances are flowing or tight, you want a foundation company on your team that is not going to sell you things you don't need.
Second, we have financing options available based on your needs. We take cash and credit cards with no extra fees added. If you are getting your home ready to sell, and discover it has foundation issues, we can evaluate your needs, follow a licensed engineer repair plan, and bill you when your house sells. That way you do not have to pay out of pocket getting the foundation repaired on a house you're selling. Plus, our lifetime transferrable warranty will give your buyer confidence that the house is solid.
If you are a homeowner that plans to stay in your home, we partner with 11 different lenders that will work to get you qualified with credit scores as low as 500. The approval process is quick, easy, and completely transparent. Our lenders offer rates as low as 3.9% and terms as long as 60 months, so you can have affordable payments.
What happens if I notice foundation movement after work is complete?
This is a great question. Depending on the amount of previous movement and the amount of adjustment needed, settling will occur. When settling occurs, there can be cracks in walls and door adjustments needed. We will educated you on how to minimize this as much as possible.
Yes, we do! We are known by some of our preferred Realtors as "deal savers!" Why? Sometimes necessary foundation work is not discovered until a buyer has fallen in love with the home and performed an inspection. When the inspection report shows foundation movement, the honeymoon can come to an end. We are then called by Realtors to perform foundation repair, and restore confidence in the home. Our lifetime, transferrable warranty and quick turn-around time (less than 1 week) can help get the relationship back on track.

What if my home has a damaged sewer pipe?
Damaged sewer pipes can be caused from foundation movement, and can cause foundation issues. Most homes built before 1970 have cast iron sewer pipes. The normal life of a cast iron pipe is around 50 years. We can evaluate your sewer pipe and make any repairs if needed. Once again, you are going to see a trend. Are you ready? We partner with a third-party, licensed, plumbing company to make any sewer pipe recommendations. Did you spot the trend? Don't let foundation and plumbing companies tell you what you need. Get an independent, third-party opinion. That is what we do for 100% of our customers.
We enjoy repairing sewer pipes. The reason is because it is very important. Do you want your sewage building up under your house? Umm... No! We have licensed plumbers on our team that oversee all of our repairs.
Our prices are very reasonable. Most foundation companies only offer foundation repairs, and charge very high prices to get sewer pipes replaced or repaired. Why? Because they don't want to do the work. Reason. It is a lot of dirty, gross work. Most plumbing companies really don't want to fix or replace sewer pipes either. That's why they quote you $10,000+ estimates. We want to repair or replace your sewer pipes if there is an issue. As part of our process, we test all sewer pipes by a licensed plumber at the end of all foundation repair jobs. If your foundation seems fine but you suspect a sewer pipe issue, give us a call and we can help you get it evaluated.
